Hi,

Even i am not sure of the 2nd option other than C(highlighted below).

A. It is used to change the locale, the base currency and the time zone(This is done by Locale settings tool)
B. It can be used to export the translated strings which contain field value rules, paragraph rules and correspondence rules(In Design Tips for Localization topic, it is mentioned that "Some rules such as correspondence, paragraph, and work parties contain text that must be manually created, translated and stored in the corresponding ruleset." So this can't be option)
C. It verifies if the localization flag is enabled on user interface rules(Correct)
D. It can verify if the localization flag is enabled on all user interface rules and enable them if they are not done already (Wizard will not enable the localize flag if not selected for any rule).

But according to course data, B and C are the correct combination . Could any one please advice?
