CPM Portal Recents doesn't Show Up

Hi,

 

I just upgraded an exisiting application to PRPC 7.1.8 and upgraded CPM to 7.1.3. As I start working on CPMInteractionPortal rule, I notice that CPMPortalRecents section doesn't get displayed When I launch portal. I guess a Home tab should appear above the work area and when I start call interaction, It should open it in a different tab (call tab or something). For me it just replaces the current work area with section form call interaction. What could be worng?
