Create case doesn't shows anything
I am doing System architect 8.0 online course
When i create a new case, the case created, but nothing is displayed. the case no and and status is showing.. other than that, the page is empty
when i click actions and tried to change the stage, "Local actions are available only when you are performing the assignment." this popup error occurs.
If I click Save and run in any case type.. the same error occurs
Kindly help to fix this issue.

You may have encountered a caching issue as well and the following steps can help remedy this.
- Log out of current Academy sessions
- Very important, you must close all active browser tabs/windows
- Completely clear browser cache and cookies
- Restart browser and retry
If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again (this only works if you don’t have the same error in the other browsers). Performing the last step in either Incognito or in a totally different browser should produce the right result.
