Issue: Using PEGA Survey, we are unable to relate the Answers captured in a Custom Section properties to a particular question. Moreover, while configuring the custom section for a question, we are unable to pass parameter values. Those are not getting saved at all.

Scenario: As per business requirement, survey questions & answers should be displayed in the below format:

Here, under each survey we will have multiple questions and each question will have a drop down option to answer along with Comments box.

Options tried:

Step 1: Created Survey and mapped it to the Flow Action (included SurveySection and added the SurveyName as parameter).

Step 2: In the Survey added QuestionPage.

Step 3: For each QuestionPage added multiple Questions (Simple Question). And mentioned the Display Name for Heading configuration.

Step 4: In Question rule form, for question tab - provided the Plain Text question text. And in Answer tab, selected the mode as 'Custom Section' and added a Section which has a Drop Down and Comments Text Area.

Step 5: Now, to map the answers to the corresponding question page in clipboard, we have tried to pass the Question Page and Question name as parameter. But this isnt working.

The parameter passed are not getting saved when we save the form details.
