Pega Survey - Capturing Multiple answers

Hi, I have a requirement to capture 3 answers with Dropdown/radiobutton and Text area controls for every question in a pega Survey. Is there any way we can achieve through the custom section?

There are some complex question types - Radio button matrix, Checklist, Table which suffice most of the requirements. Looks like requirement mentioned above is similar to table type question where each question has multiple answers having different control types (Radio, Dropdown, Text)
