I try it first, but have same error. (When i put dots in field "Standard Value" alignment chenges to left/ I think it change type to text)

I think problem is in Regiolnal settings in Pega (or in Java), but i don't know where can i change it.

Where can i change it?

In my first screen I use '0' with commas in second '0' with dots . And as you see PRPC cast it in first case as decimal ( like in Excel decimals have right aligment) and in second as string (left aligment).

And I think that PRPC don't recognize my Local System Decimal mark (We use ',' as decimal mark). 

Problem still exists.

I made this for Technical Skill Rating. Error is the same (but this time in error "1.0")

I use Russian (Russia) Locale Settings. When I change it to english it's work.
