How to Delete a case
For testing pupose I have created multiple cases. I would like to delete some of the cases which is not needed. Can someone help me to delete the case?

Thanks Teng. I have another question.
As per the given exercise I have added four fields in Interview stage. Now I need to include prompt list in 3 of the fields. To do that I need to run the case right? But when I run the case I don't see those three fields. To come out of the case I just sumbmitted the case.
My question is
1. To add the prompt list, why do we need to run the case? Is there any other way to add the prompt list in the fields?
2. Not sure why those three fields are not displayed when I run the case. Do you have any clue?

Dear Venkadesh K,
You do not run the case to add the prompt list into the fields. I believe you are asked to do that to make use of the UI Inspector to locate the property rule.
You create the prompt list in the property rule itself. So what you can do is to go to the Application Explorer and look up the property from Data Model > Property. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to look up the property if you know the name of the property.

Going back to the question asked by VenkadeshK4713. The Purge/Archive wizard allows you to automatically purge resolved cases in a data set from the system. You can qualify the data set by age. For more info, see https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm

You are not able to delete cases in PRPC. Once a Case ID had been issued, i.e. C-1, this uniquely identifies a particular case in your application. Your case can now only be Resolved, either successfully, rejected or simply withdrawn. In all scenario, your case has to be "Resolved".
For example, when a new case is created for an Insurance Policy application, INS-1, customer subsequently found another product and so decide to abandon this application. Hence, INS-1 is now Resolved-Withdrawn. You will not delete the INS-1 case but it will be remain in the system. Subsequently when the same customer calls up again and enquires about his previous application, INS-1 is available in the system to be retrieved.
