Upgrade Issue : When we upgrade application from 5.5 to 7.1.8 -app explorer, clipboard, OnClick menus and events not working as expected.
After upgrade we logged in to developer portal and observed that we are not able to view any rule instances from app or records explorers, also observed the clipboard pages are not properly loaded and OnClick menus and events are not working as expected.

Have you customized OOTB JS files ?
This issue generally occurs when platform JS files like pega_ui_harness_deferred are customized. If there are any custom functions added in those files, they can be retrofitted with their Pega7 versions.

Please also check the rule HTML Fragment "UserWorkForm" in the application has any custom scripts and if there are any scripts present in the rule, remove the scripts it will work fine.

Thanks for your information, there are no JS files like pega_ui_harness_deferred are customized in the application.
But i have seen some custom scripts in the HTML Fragment "UserWorkForm" and i have removed them from the rule and all the onclick events and all the issues got resolved.
