Problem in Authentication profiles after Upgrade to 7.1.8
We had a problem after upgrading Pega V7.1.7 to V7.1.8, all existing authentication profiles got corrupted. We had to recreate all by deleting original ones. Resaving also didn't work. Is this a bug in the product?
We actually found the problem.
We have site-specific-cipher enabled. Pega authentication profiles have been using our site specific cipher algorithm to store passwords. When we upgrade and import new cipher, old authentication profiles were not working.
