Rule base upgrade steps- most of the steps has worked properly and went fine with "jre7" however it stopped without any exception of message to below step; Challege in analysis was logs didn't had any error or exception;

Solution : Instead of JRE7 path, use JDK7 as given in installation/upgrade guide; this has resolved above issue;
