I have got below email with subject Feedback creation error.

Steps - 

1. On page https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/user-experience/84/layout-groups
2. I have clicked at bottom "Suggest an Edit"
3. In Contact Us page, I have entered Description and clicked Submit.
4. I have got below email.
