Thanks for adding this cool feature in Robot manager.
Can we apply this auto-balancing feature for work queues ? or is this applicable to work groups only ?

Hey @NagaP232,
Auto-balancing works at the work group level. Since a robotic work group 'contains' 1 to many robotic work queues, I would say that, conceptually, it is applicable to both.
But keep in mind, unattended robots will poll for a work assignment from the work group (not from a specific queue). And the assignment delivered to the bot will be the highest priority assignment from all work queues within the work group.
