issues with load balancers

Have an issue and seeing this message..   is this Pega related ???

Just to be clear I have zero knowledge around Pega, but I am trying to prove this to be an issue with a system I am migrating a load balancer on.

Unable to find Data-Admin-Security-WSSecurityProfile while trying to access a SSL endpoint without WS-Security Profile configured.
