After upgrading from v5.5 to 7.1.9, when i try to do Operator records save i see error "The page contains an undefined property: RH_1.pyworkbaskets_opid Validation failed: Errors Detected.".
Later i ran revalidate and save for Data-Admin-Operator-records, 95% records failed with same error except those operators which comes with OOB like CACSR operator saves fine.
When i compare Operator CACSR and my ID, only difference i see is in work tab , in workbasket list section, in CACSR ID it shows option to enter Urgency Threshold but in our ID these field is not showing up at all. is this a concern ? i see in forum ssimilar issue raised by some one else but resolution for this issue is not discussed. Please help.

Could you please check wetther the failed operator id as the pyworkbaskets_opid property in the rule xml.
If you have the above property in rule then you can try the following workaround to fix the issue.
1. Get the pzInsKey of the operator ID
2. Run the activity: @baseclass.FixRecord with pzInsKey of Operator-ID as the parameter "insHandle" and "pyworkbaskets_opid" as the parameter "PropertyName"
3. After running the activity check whether the pyworkbaskets_opid property is removed from rule dat
4. Resave Operator ID
