ExecuteSLA.Assign_.Action) ERROR - The page contains an undefined property: pyWorkPage.Subject
Hi All,
I am seeing this issue in prod, but not in any lower environments. Even though we have property in the system and also in correct rule resolution. Once after we do a save as to production ruleset functionality is working fine.
Could someone help me, what could be the reason for this issue.

@LakshmanSai2108 Could you provide some more details?
What is the Pega version installed?
Was the configuration of the agent, process or activities involved in this SLA modified recently?
Can you clarify your comment: "Once after we do a save as to production ruleset functionality is working fine"
---> Do you mean you only had to carry out a 'Save As' of the SLA rule once, and then after that there are no more errors in the logs at any point?
Do these activities in SLA call a Obj-Open method on a class that allows locking? Did you also check that you selected the option to obtain a Lock while calling Obj-Save? Can you provide the screens of the locking on the Advanced tab of the Case Type rule?
Could you provide the full logs and the timestamp when the issue occurs?
With the above info we can try to find the relevant SME to check on what your issue might be.
