I want to jump to a flow action in parent flow from child case when click a button in side the child case. I set a ticket in the flow action in parent flow and i called SetTicket activity in side the activity that is called when clicking the button.
Eventhough ticket is raised system does not properly proceed through the flow. It indicates the correct place when we click on the" where am i " . But clip board structure has not been changed accordingly.
pyWorkPage and pyWorkCover still remain with the same values. Eventhough new assign page is modified pyAssignActions page list has not been modified.
When calling the ticket whether the current process is ended i.e. if you configure a cancel flow action if this is selected then call the ticket on sub-flow or sub-case to jump to parent case (ticket is placed in parent flow).
Normally for this type of requirements as mentioned by you that current process should not be ended and you want to jump to parent case from child case, ticket is mostly used to jump from one place to another or in exception scenario where you want to jump.
For your current problem i am thinking that you can instead of using set ticket can replace the pyworkpage with pyworkcover etc. and open the parent assignment where it was kept.
Is the assignment you are trying to open is it already present on the parent case? If yes, I would recommend using the open assignment button click action to switch the context from child to parent.
If the assignment is not already present, set ticket on the parent page so that the case moves to the right assignment using an activity. Fetch the assignment id and use it in the open assignment button click action.
