Issue while adding property in Rule-Obj-List

I am working on project which is on Pega 7.1.6 when I tried to add a property in Rule-Obj-List while saving the instance then it does not get saved it get disappears while saving.  Don't know what was the cause of this issue.

Even though that property is added in the data class. I able not able to add in the Rule-Obj-List.

Please help me. Thank you.
