HI,


we are observing the below error "LockGoneException" in dynatrace everytime when we create a case.


"Database-LockFailure-LockLost LookupList: running LookupList on class Rule-Obj-FieldValuefilter by pyClassName = Rule-Obj-Flow and pyFieldName = pyScreenFlowwith Rule-Obj-List List"


no issues while case progression because of this errors. DB updates are normal.

Could any one please help why the lockgoneexception being observed for every DB transaction in Dynatrace tool?
