Group Sales Process Manager 7.7 SP1
Hi - We are upgrading PRPC6.2 sp2 to 7.1.9 . As part of that we also have to upgrade Group Sales Process Manager ( current version 7.6 sp2 ) . Need information on whether Group Sales Process Manager 7.7 SP1 is compatible with PRPC 7.1.9 . I checked the release not of GSPM 7.7 but the compatibility information is not clear there.

Pega 7 version of GSPM framework is not availble . Pega 7 has alternative framework for GSPM is Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare. There is no direct upgrade path from GSPM to SA-HC.

There is No plan to provide the Pega 7 compatible version of SPM framework. You need to re-implement using SA-HC framework. Please register your upgrade project on Pega Upgrade Center by clicking on "Begin my Upgrade Project" button. Any release document for HCAGM and SPM 07.06.62 . I know that they are not supported in Pega 7.I searched in pdn but i got no particular match.

As per I know SPM has two frameworks one is GSPM (Group Sales Process Manager) and another one is ISPM (Individual Sales Process Manager). Below are the both links which has the info about all the release so far done.

This is part of HCIF Framework. AGM flow in HCIF framework is used for Appeals and Grieviences.

Hi Dhev- Thanks for all the informations.I understod from the release documents and also from your above comment that SPM compatible version is not there for Pega 7.Also i can see that HCIF have a new release in 7.1.4 . My question is , if we upgrade PRPC to 7.1.9 but we keep the frameworks as it is will it work for now even though it may have to upgraded in future.I am listing down the fw that we are using alsong with the versions on PRPC 6.2.

No, because you won't be able to update the rule set pre-req for the SPM rulesets as they will be pointing to Pega6 version. Apart from this Pega SPM team won't be able to ship any fixes if you hit any issue with the upgrade.
I will suggest you to register your upgrade project in Pega Upgrade Center, so that the resepctive framework team and accoun team can work out the best approach for this customer upgrade.
