CPM And Customer Process Manager for Communications
Hi Team ,
I would like to understand the latest versions of CPM and CPMC available in Pega , as I believe currently
Customer Process Manager for Communications v713 and Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 are available.
Could Please one of you can confirm is my understanding is correct ?
Customer Process Manager for Communications v713 and Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 are compatible with Pega 8.3 if above mentioned versions are latest.

Thanks for clarification CPM and CRM , Currently we are using CPM and CPMC framework in pega 7.1.8 and we are planing to upgrade pega environment to 8.3 . I am familiar with pega upgrades but i need some clarification on CPM713 and CPMC713 upgrading to CRM and CRMC to 8.3. Could you please help with some points?

Please check the upgrade guides of Customer service (8.3) and CS for communications for more information on the upgrade.
CPM and customer service is the same applications, till 7.1.x it is used to call CPM later it is CRM.
The latest version Customer Service application is 8.3 and it is compatible with platform 8.3.
