We have a requirement for GMU to return work items based on a combination of urgency and a business-related date (specifically, the "Plan Received Date"). We considered customizing this by saving the GetNextWork list view in our application. However, since list views are deprecated, saving it in application layer would negatively impact our guardrail score.

Could Pega team please confirm if Pega plans to upgrade this functionality in future versions? If so, will there be extension points, such as sorting based on client needs, rather than solely on assignment urgency?

I can create a report definition instead of save as GetNextWork list view but I have to save as findAssignmentInWorkbasket activity also to the application for it  and we are trying to avoid save as Pega OOTB code into application layer.
