Error when refreshing App explorer

Hello,

 

I am receving the following error whenever I refresh the App explorer and I cannot continue. This is in application "TheOnboardingApp" - does anyone know what this is?:

Message

 Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'PXRETRIEVEREPORTDATA' that applies to 'Embed-ExplorerNode-Class'. There were 5 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 5 rules named 'PXRETRIEVEREPORTDATA' defined in the rulebase are: 5 unrelated to applies-to class 'Embed-ExplorerNode-Class', for example: 'Rule-Obj-Report-Definition'.
