Rule category not displayed in App explorer for a operator

Hi team,

In the app explorer, only classes are displayed for the application. No other ruletypes are not displayed for a particular operator. Its strange, but all other operators are working just fine. Please view the attachment for understanding.

Hello,

Has this operator having a different access group than others ? 

Also, have you performed refresh or tried log in using another browser ?

Hey Santanu,

I dont see any difference between this operator and ones which are working fine. Same access grp, same preferences, other things are same as well. Tried things like, browser cache clear, restart browser etc. However the issue still persists.

Hi ,

Truncating  below tables resolves the issue

truncate pegarules.pr_sys_app_hierarchy_flat 

 truncate pegadata.pr_sys_app_ruleset_index.

TThank you for response.I dont have access to DB. Cant delete the records. :(

Any other solution u can think of.

Hi Team,

If it is in the pega cloud you can raise an SR and if it is on Amazon cloud you can raise a request and request them to truncate both the tables
