Hi RamPrasad,
I am not sure if i understood your question correctly or not, but based on my understanding I would suggest you to create the Product rule and include the specific rules.
Instead of using the Package wizard, you can create a Product rule and include the specific rules by giving the pzInsKey of the instances.
