Click on Monitor Interaction History IE crash
Hi Team,
I log in as DecisionArchitect@DecisionManagerPoral and when I click on Monitor Interaction History the IE crashes. I think VBD is not supported in the image. Is there a workaround for this to make this work.

The image works for many students, so I suspect there is a local environment issue.
Are you using the latest version of IE?

Any issues with JRE 1.7.0_79? I have seen its working in others system where their JRE is at the lower version but with IE 11.0.24

I have the install new version automatically checked, and all seems to work fine for me. Could you try that?

Hi Miki,
I have the same settings as you mentioned. Its issue only with my laptop. Thanks for all your help. I'll try using different browser for now. Once I get time I'll troubleshoot this issue.
