Changing the size of Harness tabs

Hi,

We have an implementation scenario where in there is a navigation bar with links and on clicking the link a new harness opens up in the work area. 

However, there is a concern that the tab cannot accomodate more than 16 letters as label.

We have tried exploring options to change it, but it looks like an OOTB feature.

Can any one help in resolving this issue?

Thanks Ravi!! Even we are using Dynamic Containers.... and looks like there is no solution ready as of now...
