Cannot Access the Designer Studio from Microsoft Edge

Hi,

 

I am able to access the Designer Studio from Chrome and FireFox but not from Microsoft Edge. I need Edge access because SMA does not work on FireFox/Chrome.

Hi,

open the developer tools (Options > Developer Tools | or press F12)

Emulation tab > user agent string > IE10

on the top left hand side there is an icon to make your change persistent in case of pop up (SMA from Designer Studio, for instance)

MS Edge is supported starting with PRPC 7.2.1

Update your application to PRPC 7.2.1 and then verify the designer studio / end user portals.

As such SMA will only work with MS IE and no other browser is supported.
