Pega 7 support Microsoft Edge

Hello All,

I installed PVC in Windows 10 (Pega 7.1.7) and used Microsoft Edge browser. It cant find "PRPC:8080". Later I switched to IE-11 and everything started working. I believe still PRPC uses Active X controls and the best bet is to use IE-11. Just wondering...is this is a known issue with Pega 7? Thanks in Advance.

Hi Srinivasa,

A similar question was asked in regard to 6.x earlier this week:

Is there any official word on Pega 6.3x support for Microsoft Edge ?

While the reply is in the context of that version, I believe it applies here as well. That said, any community participants who may have hands on experience with the configuration described above, feel free to chime in.
