Actionable Email with Task Link

Can PEGA use a URL link to go to a particular assigned task for the assigned user?

For example, a manager user receives an email, click on the URL link, and can open the task directly on the browser and act on the task. 

Does PEGA have OOTB feature for responding to a task directly from the email?
