While creating a channel facing "No Unlocked Rulest Versions are Available, Please Add or unlock a ruleset to create a channel"
We have Pega 8.5.3 Version with CustomerService Framework, We are currently implemeneting Pega chat. while trying to create a WebChat channel we are getting the "No Unlocked Rulest Versions are Available, Please Add or unlock a ruleset to create a channel".
Also the Text Analytics Repository points to "defaultstore" in the Prediction studio settings.
Has Anyone encountered similar issue , if so please provide your inputs.

@MidhulaP you may have already tried it but since you didn't include it in your question I have to ask if you have any unlocked ruleset in your application stack? If you have unlocked rulesets, can you try tracing not when opening or saving the channel but when you click on Channel tile to create new channel.
On defaultstore, the setting needs to change and repository should point to a resilient repo like S3, etc. If you are on Pegacloud, you can use pegacloudfilestorage or any other repo of your choice.
