Issue

After updating to Pega Platform^TM patch release 25.1.2, the Pega Sales Automation Application^TM portal fails to launch. Only the Dev Studio loads successfully.

Error

The following exception is reported in PDC:
Activity pzGetC11nBuildInfo step 3 throws MalformedJsonException.
This exception persists even after restarting the environment.

The error given below appears in Pega logs:

Steps to Reproduce

1. After updating to patch release 25.1.2, verify that the DSS ConstellationPegaStaticURL is configured with the value: https://release.constellation.pega.com/sa/ .
2. Attempt to open the Pega Sales Automation application portal.
3. Observe that the portal does not launch.

Root Cause

After updating to patch release 25.1.2, the DSS ConstellationPegaStaticURL was configured with the value https://release.constellation.pega.com/sa/.
This DSS value was not aligned with the requirements of the new version. As a result, the Pega Sales Automation Application portal failed to launch.

Workaround

Perform the following action:

Update the DSS ConstellationPegaStaticURL to use the following hotfix URL for patch release 25.1.2:
