Issue

Results are not displayed on touch-enabled devices on selecting the down arrow key in the Multi-select list configuration pane. The problem does not occur if you use a mouse to select the down arrow.

Steps to reproduce

Perform the following steps to reproduce this error:

1. Open the harness or section that you want to modify.
2. On the Design tab, from the Pickers list, drag Multi-select list onto the work area.
3. Open the Multi-Select list configuration pane and click the down arrow key under the List source Type option.

Root Cause

An error in Pega’s code removes a required target element in the pzpega_control_multiselect js function.

Solution

Update to the following Pega Platform versions with the fix:
