Wrap up for Pega Marketing
Hello,all.
I want to wrap up a campaign but I button to wrap up doesn't appear.
Why doesn't button to wrap up a campaign appear??
As a premise,I don't have real customer data and don't need to real campaign.
I want to just confirm if I can use a function on Pega Marketign I implemented.
I think when I use decision table on offer flow to decide customer response(Accept or Reject),
unless customer respond offer, I cannot wrap up campaign??
That's because,unless customer respond offer of offer expired, campaign don't finish.

Now, I want to wrap up a campaign but I don't have customer data.
In this case If I can configure campaign which don't need customer response, I can try wrapping up campaign??

Now I'm running a campaign and then I want to interrupt running a campaign to add some changes.
In this case,What should I do??
Your assumption is correct. Campaigns can't be wrapped up until all offers are complete (either because a customer responded or a wait time for response has expired).
