Workqueue functionality in constellation
Hi,
In traditional UI-kit, we are able to see the high level information of cases when we click the workqueue. This was helping to open the case from workqueue.
In constellation, I can see the workqueues under Teams. But when we click on workbasket, unable to see the cases information.
If users need to pick the case from workqueue, is there any place in constellation UI to do this?

Hi @Rakeshr7, the D_WorkBasket is responsible for the loading of data in the "Team's Task" landing page which in return will call the RD pyGetWorkBasket of class Assign-WorkBasket, you can add your properties here and configure the same in the landing page.
Additionally, you can also make the data source of D_WorkBasket conditional to run according to your requirements.
