Workbaskets must change when switching application
A User has access to multiple applications. Whenever the user changes application the portal should display workbaskets related to that application only. since the operator id is mapped to a workgroup, irrespective of application change the user sees only workbaskets mapped to that workgroup. Any idea or suggestions?

Workbaskets mapping is only related to the work groups that operator is associated to and not a specific application. However OOTB reports that we ship to display workbaskets is configurable and can be easily achieved to add additional filtering.

I guess you first have to associate u r WB to the application . Maybe use pyLabel of workbasket for that to indicate which WB belong to which appln
Once you do that you can customize RD pyWorkbasketsinMyworkgroup , ie change filter condition to something like .pylabel contains Application.pyLabel
