Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to update the user's WorkGroup settings when he/she switches applications.

I have tried in many ways, but not able to achieve it.

For now what i am trying is like i am having a dropdown, source is work group list which i am fetching from OperatorID. On Changing the work group i am running a DT where i am setting the value of the Drop Down property to the pyWorkGroup of OperatorID, in short i am updating on OperatorID.

But when i am trying to update pyActiveWorkGroup on pyDisplayHarness and pyPortal it is not updating!

I can see in tracer that values are getting updated but the same on clipboard it is not getting updated.
