Getting White Screen When Switching applications from Switch Application
Hi Pega Team, We are getting White blank screen while switching the Application from Switch Application in production Level.
Application access groups are same in production level and DEV Environment level.
We are unable to compare the missing rules from Dev Environment to Production Level.
Please find the attached file for reference.
Please help on this issue.

Clear the cache(browser and server)/try in another browser and verify the scenario.
Check if there are any errors in browser console logs after clicking on switch application.

@sharadavangimalla - Is the issue seen for admin operators in production level? If no verify disabling when rule "pyBlockUnregisteredRequests" to false ( Not recommended solution by Pega). If its working fine then enable the when rule to true and share AlertSecurity logs getting added during issue replication.

@Priyanka Boga - There is no logs in AlertSecurity logfile at production level. When opened AlertSecurity logfile getting message like "No log entries were found -- try modifying your filter". And also, getting more ERRORS in PEGA logfile so how can we resolve the errors in that logfile?
