Will background jobs still run in this case?
Currently, the server is running with the following four configurations. WebNode1: WebUser WebNode1: WebUser UtilNode1:stream,backendprocessing,search UtilNode2:stream,backendprocessing,search
Create dss "prconfig/asyncexecutor/enable/default" to stop background jobs. Change "prconfig/asyncexecutor/enable/default" from enable to false. We have restarted the service of UtilNode1. In this case, UtilNode2 has not been restarted, but will Background jobs continue to run?

No, after changing the "prconfig/asyncexecutor/enable/default" DSS to false, background jobs will not continue to run. The asynchronous executor is responsible for executing background jobs and with the configuration set to false, the executor is disabled and no new jobs will be executed.
Any running jobs will be allowed to complete, but no new jobs will be started. Therefore, to stop all background jobs, you need to set the DSS to false and then restart both UtilNode1 and UtilNode2.
