Why Guardrail scheduled report is not being sent?

Hi,

I am encountering an issue where a guardrail scheduled report is not being sent. I had configured the guardrail report settings with the intended email address; on top of that, the system is able to send out email using the OOTB email sending utility.

Could someone advise what else needs to be configured and where can I start to investigate?

Hi,

Check the logs if you can find any guardrail related errors/exceptions .
