Scheduled report sent to non operator
Hello,
We're using the OOTB feature for running scheduled reports. However this is limited only to be sent to actual operator registered in PEGA.
We'd like to avoid creating one operator per email address which are to receive the scheduled report. We could manage an email distribution list in PEGA separatelmy and make it also available as a delegated business rule for easy maintenance.
However I can't find a way to do that with the OOTB feature. Is there a way to do it?

Hi Julien,
Report scheduling is offered to only Pega operators. As you are aware, there is only the option to choose either one or multiple operators to the list and reports will be sent to that 1 or multiple listed operators.
As your requirement is to send a report to a non-Pega operator (email address), instead of creating an operator for each email address, have an email distribution list in the organization and associate the DL(group) email address to an Operator (represents the group) and use it for scheduling.
