Why DF_VolumeConstraint uses a report definition which removes duplicate customer ids?

Hi Team,

Any idea why OOTB volume constraint data flows uses a source report definition which removes duplicates.

We have requirement to use Volume constraint but also to send multiple communications for the same customer id.

Hi Neeraj,

If I understand your requirement right, you are trying to get all the offers/actions for a single customer. This feature is already supported in volume constraints with the option "Constrain as a group for the customer (output all actions)". Please take a look at page-156 in the user guide : https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-marketing-84-user-guide

If you don't see this option, please try and see if you can upgrade to the latest version. Also let us know which version you are currently on.
