Report Definition: How do I remove duplicates but keep the latest instance?

Hi, I have a report where columns are CaseID and TaskDate.

CaseID has duplicates

TaskDate has mix of duplicates and unique values.

Requirement is filter out duplicates of CaseID and show only one record which has latest date value. 

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi @NickK206, 

In the Report definition while giving filters you will be able to view a check box like 'Remove duplicate rows' option is enabled/checked in the Report Definition.

@Kamineni Surya Tried already, records are removed only CaseID and TaskDate match.

Below is example of requirement:

Eg:

Case 1 - 12/19/2022

Case 1 - 12/18/2022

Case 1 - 12/18/2022

Case 1 - 12/17/2022

 

Result of latest dated record after removing duplicates:

Case 1 - 12/19/2022.
