How to keep custom filter default values in Report Definition?

Hi,

I have a report definition to retrieve cases with SLA expired. I've added a custom filter (number of days) using a section with a default value (e.g. 5). Recently I noticed when I change the number of days, close the report and run it again, the default value is now the last value I entered (not 5 as I configured in the custom section). Is it a way to keep the default value I configured in the text input - Cell properties?

If you enable "Prompt for filter changes before displaying report" (Report Viewer tab of report definition) it should display the custom filter section. Is your default value used then?

Hi,

Sorry for the late response, I just tried that approach and it works the same :( it keeps displaying the last value used, e.g. "8" days, even when the default value configured in the custom section is "5" days...
