"Show Customers" report in Segments
Pega Marketing 7.3.1., Segments, "Show customers" button
Is there any possibillity to customize this report? I wanna see only checked collumns (properties).
How to download this report in .xlsx? I know how to convert .csv to .xlsx, but what about one-click save-button in .xlsx format? When u click "Export" there is no file format choise, .csv is by default.
the same problem with upload (List uploads in Segment) Why only .csv? Now i work with another CRM-system and i can choose any format that i want...

Yes, Segment functionality supports the creation of alternate views of the Segment's population. You can create a report that includes only the columns you're interested in and export that data. Information on configuring these views can be found in the Segments chapter of the Pega Marketing 7.31 User Guide, https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-marketing-731-user-guide. Look for the section called "Exporting Customers in a Segment". This section has information on exporting Customer data too. As you've noted the export option creates a .CSV file that can be converted to .XSLX if needed.
