Where do I download jars required in BIX distribution lib directory?

I am trying to call BIX Extract rule from Shell script. In the below pdn link,there is a step "Set the classpath to include the JAR files in the BIX distribution's lib directory."

Where do I download the jars required in this BIX Distribution lib directory?
