where could i download HRServices Application Jar File

I want to do Exercise for SSA so I want to download HRServices application jar file. Could anyone tell how to download?

An exercise system is made available to you online (or in some courses available for download as a virtual machine) to practice the exercises when you enroll in a course. The application .jar is not available for download.
