Need the HRServices exercise application for LSA

I am having difficulty in downloading the VM file due to it's size. So I plan to use personal edition to complete all the LSA course exercise.

However for this I need the HRServices exercise application, so I was wondering if some one has the HRServices application seperately outside the VM which I can directly import in personal edition and then continue with the exercises, that will be really helpful.

Please assist.
