When we tab out on any text input field, control goes to help icon beside text field

When we tab out on any text input field, control goes to help icon beside text field .How to make the focus shift to next text input field instead of icon.Any help with this.

Hello Swathi, 

1. May we know the PRPC Version?

2. From which browser are you trying to access the application? Browser Name and Version?

3. Have you tried in all other browsers and does this behavior appears, irrespective of the browser?

I could see the below SA representing the similar situation of yours'

Can you try the local change suggested in the above reference link and revert back with all the details for further analysis.
