when case created , the page is blank, no options to advance the case
When I create a new case and click 'done' but I never get the option of choosing 'no' on the next screen. I have tried to change the stage and but I get "Local actions are available only when you are performing the assignment" error.

I am having the exact same issue with the BAE v8 course. I've tried the course exercises and the capstone build and getting the same result described above.

same here. this is happening on the cloud environment. which is pega 7 not 8 :-(. the instructions provided in the course material do not always match the functionality on the training environment.
I have been trying to get the VMware, but I do not have login details. the user name/password provided in the course material apparently are not for the VMware, but nobody answered, nor follow up to provide the correct ones. I would really appreciate some support, as I cannot test or debug anything I have been doing in the exercises.

Are you running the version 7 exercise system or the version 8 system?
And when you say "the user name/password provided in the course material apparently are not for the VMware", which user name and password are you using?

To clarify some of the details around your issue:
- Does this occur when you create a new case from the Create menu, or does this occur after you click "Done" on the first screen?
- Are you attempting this in the online environment, or in a VM? If you're using the online environment, can you provide a link to the system for investigating?
