What is performance metrics in pega ?
Can any one tell me in brief , what is meant by performance matrix in pega , please share me some links if you have any.

Can you provide more context to your question please: where did you hear the term 'performance matrix' in the first place ? (It is not a term that is ringing a bell with me at this time ?)
